Join the IceQuake team
Salaried and contract roles inside the company itself: operations, client engagement, coordination, and the systems work behind them. You are employed by IceQuake and you help run the network.

Second shooters, lighting technicians, DPs, production assistants, editors, and equipment providers. You keep your own business and take assigned, briefed, scoped work under the Network Partner Agreement.

Being in the network does not stop you hiring one. If you are running your own production and need crew, equipment or coordination, you engage IceQuake as a client under a separate agreement, exactly as any other client would. The two relationships stay distinct.

IceQuake does not sell hours, it sells execution. Everyone here works on making a production land correctly: scoping it honestly, assigning the right people, and staying accountable through delivery.
Every state is explicit
Nothing in this business is assumed. Application status, verification standing, agreement execution, deliverable handoff: each is a tracked, deliberate state. That discipline is the job.
We say what is true
Pricing is confirmed before commitment. Capabilities are described as they actually are. If something is not built yet, we do not imply that it is. That standard applies internally as much as it does to clients.
