One Company Is Accountable
Most production problems are coordination problems. Someone booked a second shooter directly, the shooter cancelled, and now the client is holding a schedule with a hole in it and no one whose job it is to fix it.
IceQuake exists on the other side of that. You engage IceQuake, and IceQuake coordinates the people, equipment, logistics and delivery behind the production. Network Partners are vetted execution professionals fulfilling assigned responsibilities under our production model. They are how the work gets done. They are not who you contract with, and they are not who you chase when something moves.
That is a deliberate constraint on us rather than a convenience. It means there is always one accountable party, and it is never the client.
Every Engagement, Start to Finish
Eight stages. Not a simplified version for the website: this is the actual sequence Operations follows, and the stage you are in is always an explicit, tracked state rather than an assumed one.
Discovery
You work out whether a managed production model fits what you are trying to make. Nothing is recorded at this point and nothing is committed.
Inquiry and Booking Request
You send a structured request: the roles you need, the city, the date, and notes on scope. You get a confirmation, and it reaches Operations at the same time.
Project Scoping
Operations works through the specifics with you until the requirement is defined precisely enough to assign against. Vague briefs get resolved here, not on the shoot day.
Proposal and Pricing
Pricing is determined manually and confirmed with you explicitly. Nothing is assigned until you have accepted specific terms, so there is no stage at which you are committed to a number you have not seen.
Agreement Execution
The engagement runs under the Production Support Services Agreement, which defines what is being delivered and on what terms.
Production Tracking
Operations coordinates the assigned partners and tracks the production through execution. You deal with IceQuake throughout, not with individual crew.
Delivery
Deliverables are handed off to you through a tracked process rather than an ad hoc file transfer.
Post-Project
Operations confirms you actually received everything, and asks how the engagement went. The relationship closes deliberately rather than going quiet.
Who Actually Turns Up
Every Network Partner is reviewed and approved before being assigned to client work. There is no route into a production that bypasses it.
Application
Production professionals apply to the Partner Network. Applying is not joining, and there is no path that skips this.
Review
Operations reviews the application, the stated capabilities and the portfolio. Capabilities IceQuake has confirmed are tracked separately from the ones an applicant claims.
Approval
Only approved partners reach verification standing, and only partners in that standing are assigned to client work.
